- We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary code used in delivering the Services, unless otherwise agreed.

- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any proprietary tools or code included in the deliverables for the intended purpose of the project.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any content or materials you provide (e.g., logos, designs, data) solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
5.3 Third-Party Materials
- Some Services may incorporate third-party tools, APIs, or services (e.g., AWS, Google Analytics, OpenAI). You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of these third-party providers.

9.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, you must cease using any licensed materials provided by us.
- Any deliverables for which payment has been made will remain yours, subject to Section 5 (Intellectual Property).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Studio.Montr.io, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
