This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. However, due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and any specific agreements or statements of work (SOW) signed between you and Studio.Montr.io. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise specified in a project contract or required by applicable law, payments for the following services are non-refundable:

  • AI Solutions: Custom development, training, or integration of AI-driven tools.
  • Landing Page Design & Development: Creation of custom landing pages.
  • Website Development: Design, development, and maintenance of websites.
  • App Development: Mobile or web application development.
  • MVP Building: Development of minimum viable products.
  • Software Development: Custom software solutions.
  • UI/UX Design: User interface and user experience design services.
  • SaaS Products: Subscription fees or development costs for software-as-a-service platforms.
  • DevOps Services: Infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud management services.
  • Consulting or Planning Fees: Fees for project scoping, consultations, or strategy sessions.

This is because these services involve significant time, resources, and expertise tailored to your specific requirements.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances, subject to our discretion and the terms of your project contract:

3.1 Non-Delivery of Services

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services or deliverables as outlined in the project contract or SOW, and this failure is solely due to our negligence, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of the expected delivery date, providing details of the non-delivery.

3.2 Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • If you cancel a project before we begin work (e.g., before design, development, or consultation starts), you may be eligible for a full refund, less any administrative or setup fees (e.g., payment processing fees or third-party costs) as specified in the project contract.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to rameezanwar@montr.one.

3.3 Partial Completion

  • If a project is partially completed and terminated by mutual agreement, we may issue a partial refund for undelivered work, proportional to the remaining scope, less any incurred costs (e.g., third-party licenses, hours spent).

4. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about proceeding with a project after work has begun.
  • Dissatisfaction with Design or Subjective Preferences: Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., aesthetic preferences) unless the deliverables materially deviate from the agreed-upon specifications in the project contract.
  • Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third-party providers (e.g., hosting services, APIs, or domain registrations) are non-refundable, as these are subject to the providers’ own policies.
  • Client Delays: If delays or incomplete deliverables result from your failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
  • SaaS Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscription fees for SaaS products are non-refundable, except as required by law or specified in the subscription agreement.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Send a written refund request to rameezanwar@montr.one, including your name, project details, and the reason for the request.
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 7 business days and may request additional information or documentation.
  3. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, less any applicable fees (e.g., payment processing or third-party costs).
  4. Disputes: If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved as outlined in Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.

6. Subscription-Based Services (SaaS Products)

For SaaS products, the following applies:

  • Subscription Fees: Payments for subscription periods (e.g., monthly or annual) are non-refundable once the period has begun.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, no charges will apply unless you continue the subscription after the trial period ends.

7. Consumer Protection Laws
